For our original consult, Paul arrived ON TIME and was so helpful. After choosing to go with him and the company, Nick and Rick arrived as planned for the 2 day job. The second day was truly where they shined. With about 12 inches of snow on the ground, they arrived safely and worked through the day to finish a new tub and shower set. It’s stunning and we are so happy.

They used our garage as a work space due to the snowing and that made us happy because it decreased the amount of snow/dirt that could enter the house. They also put down runners to keep the dirt to a minimum. They left the remodeled bathroom cleaner than they found it, so we were very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail.

Our new bathroom looks wonderful! Joe was our installer and he was awesome. He fixed any minor issues we had and came out as much as we needed. He did amazing work! We did have some hiccups along the way due to manufacturing issues. Our vanity top was damaged in the warehouse and had to be reordered. The glass for the shower took three weeks longer than expected to get to us. It was an inconvenience that we did not have a shower in our master bathroom for 12 weeks. The overall project was quoted for six day completion and ended up taking 13 weeks. Although we had issues, Bath Expo helped make it right with us and we truly appreciate it. They did offer concessions to us that helped with us being pleased with the project. We recommend their company for bathroom remodels.

My wife and I decided that we needed to convert our tub/shower in the bathroom to a “walk-in” shower. There are a plethora of ads on tv and in circulars for bath remodels, so after checking a few local companies we decided to call Bath Expo first. They have a display at a local Meijer which enabled us to see three model designs. This impressed us because the store is family owned and has a very good reputation in our community. We liked some features from each model, but wondered if they could be combined.
Bob was our salesperson. He had years of experience in home remodeling mostly with a company we had used in the past for our patio with positive results. He explained the Bath Expo did not use subcontractors and that he would personally inspect the final results to make sure that he and we were satisfied. Most importantly, he answered all our questions to our satisfaction and ensured us that we could “mix and match” features from all “mock up” displays at the grocery store. A few weeks later, Bernard and Isaiah arrived to start the job. They were hard working, polite and very clean young men. They found mold on our outside wall and went above and beyond by mitigating the problem and even used silicone caulk on the outside of our bathroom window, which may have been the entry point for moisture. As promised, the work was completed in two days. We were more than pleased with the result, especially after viewing a relatives’ remodel which was somewhat less expensive, but definitely not comparable in quality to ours.
