All the fixtures were high quality and expertly installed. They left the bathroom and any pathway they used during installation spotlessly clean.

Ryan Hartzell was absolutely amazing to work with as a sales rep. He listens closely to what you need and designed the absolute perfect tub-shower replacement. We needed a shower replaced and wanted to add some additional features. Bath Expo was great to work with. They were all very professional. Our installer, Bernard, and his assistant were very nice and professional. Answered all of our questions and cleaned up afterwards. You couldn’t tell that we had work done! They were very respectful of our home.

Impressed with everyone we had contact with from Shelby at home and garden show to Joey and Nick and Rickey who installed our new showers, Mom loves her new shower that she doesn’t have to step over a tub to get into.

Bob Z was a very polite and friendly sales guy. My dog liked him a lot! We are looking forward to getting things back in shape in our downstairs bathroom. We haven’t gotten the installation done yet so I will come back and update once it is done!

Bob Z was very friendly, helpful and informative in helping me set up my new shower remodeling project and was able to expedite the project to be done quickly.

Installers Danny and Anna did a great job on our shower installation. The old tile shower, installed a few years ago, was not the best and leaked. This was a nearly complete demo down to the studs and new shower installed in 1-1/2 days! Danny & Anna were professional, friendly, courteous, and answered all our questions. They also did a great job cleaning up after both days. We’re very happy with the work and product.

I spoke with Shelby at the Chardon location and she set us up with a meeting with Bob Z tonight. Bob showed up on time and immediately felt like talking with an old friend. He went over Bath Expo's history, services, and the renovation process. We then showed him the bathrooms we are looking to renovate and after he took measurements sat down and talked some more. We discussed what my wife and I wanted as far as materials, styles, etc. We explained that we do have another company scheduled to stop by tomorrow and would not commit yet. He totally understood and at no time did we feel pressured into an answer tonight. He was so easy to talk to and discussed all the options and answered our questions. We scheduled to meet again and look forward to potentially work with Bob and the Bath Expo's team.

We had an old fiberglass shower removed and replaced with a new modern type shower on 2-10-26. Danny & Anna did a great job not only with the installation but cleanup afterwards was excellent! We’re very happy with the entire process and the results.

Bob Z. Came to our home today. We were interested in a new shower. Bob was the person that I think everyone would want in this situation. I felt a strong level of trust with him instantly. Not pushy at all. He really wanted to know what we wanted and worked with us and we ended up deciding on a new shower that we can’t wait to have installed.

Brett just finished our tub to walk in shower conversion and we are thrilled. The old tub and enclosure was not senior friendly and now we have a new, beautiful, safe, walk in shower. Our installer, Brett, was fantastic.
He checked with us every step of the way, understood what we wanted and was very respectful of our home. Brett, William, Rick and everyone at Bath Expo have been wonderful to work with.

Thanks to Nick and Ricky from Bath Expo for the gorgeous bathroom installation. They were so good natured and professional especially after the retro tile was so difficult to remove. We highly recommend this team!

Silviu & Brian are excellent installers! My husband and I were tired and cautious of using the tub so we decided to swap out for a much nicer, more user friendly walk-in shower that we both find much safer and more accessible. We are very happy with the final look and wouldn’t hesitate to refer others to Bath Expo! They did such a great job we also decided to get our windows done too.

Everybody was so professional. I couldn’t ask for anything better. They were respectful too, always asking if I was sure and making sure everything was okay. Bernard and Isaiah were so nice played tarps and were so careful taking everything out. They cleaned up so well and made sure everything was covered.

We just had our new shower installed by Nick and Richey. They did a beautiful job. They were careful and cleaned up the mess. They both were very professional and had to work in the cold weather without complaining. I will recommend to all my friends

They went out of their way to make sure the job was done properly. My home was cleaned before they left. They were hard workers even the cold, it was impressive.

The tub/shower in our kids’ bathroom had a water leak and was way overdue for replacement. We had an excellent experience with Bath Expo.

For our original consult, Paul arrived ON TIME and was so helpful. After choosing to go with him and the company, Nick and Rick arrived as planned for the 2 day job. The second day was truly where they shined. With about 12 inches of snow on the ground, they arrived safely and worked through the day to finish a new tub and shower set. It’s stunning and we are so happy.

They used our garage as a work space due to the snowing and that made us happy because it decreased the amount of snow/dirt that could enter the house. They also put down runners to keep the dirt to a minimum. They left the remodeled bathroom cleaner than they found it, so we were very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail.
