And Joe G were so careful of our home as the walked through doing their jobs. They cleaned everything up and left the house just as they found it. We are very happy with the final product. There were some issues along the way. Had to have a few follow up visits to go over things and they did have to send someone back out to finish to our expectations. However, once that was completed we couldn’t be happier!

Bernard my installer did an excellent job and the project manager Ryan. I love my new shower, it's easy to use and clean. It only took 2 days to install and the crew left things clean and ready to use. Heather, the Meijer rep, very helpful and informative. It's now easy to step into the shower!

Shower/tub replaced with a walk in shower. Nick & Rick transformed our bathroom with a beautiful new walk in shower in one day. Craftsmanship was top of the line. Our project started at the Bath Expo showroom where Heather walked us through the different types of showers and explained the whole install process.

Silviu did an excellent job tearing out our old bathtub, & installing our beautiful new shower! He had to run to a hardware store, early on because of how old our house is, to match the fittings, & did an excellent job matching them up! He kept me updated throughout the process, & asked me pertinent questions along the way! He, & his partner Tommy were great to work with, & cleaned up well after themselves! The new shower is better than I expected…& I was expecting a lot…Awesome job guys!

Our new bathroom looks wonderful! Joe was our installer and he was awesome. He fixed any minor issues we had and came out as much as we needed. He did amazing work! We did have some hiccups along the way due to manufacturing issues. Bath Expo helped make it right with us and we truly appreciate it. We recommend their company for bathroom remodels.

Okay we had the shower installed they ripped out the tub and replaced it it's beautiful it's more functional for us and we love it Will came to the house it was very professional answered all of our questions I even contacted him afterwards and he was available for me he was very courteous answered all of our questions we just love him thank you very much will. Joe was very professional also he came to the house he told us what he was going to do how long it was going to take and he stuck to that he was very courteous and very professional and we love that we're seeing you a couple and we just don't get that a lot everyday but he was very very nice very nice shout out to Joe

We are very pleased with the results of our full bathroom remodel. The step-in shower that replaced our old-school bath tub is phenomenal - 10/10. Bath Expo also replaced flooring and trim, along with our vanity and mirror. Material quality is excellent. The installers (Jeff and Joe) were super-friendly and informative, and they cleaned up after themselves daily. They communicated well about start- and end- times for their work and met their deadline. Highly-recommended overall!
Communication from Ryan, the salesperson, was excellent, and he spent a lot of time with us in the design phase, answering every question and anticipating questions we didn't know to ask.

Great experience with Bath Expo Cleveland! The whole project was done in two days and with very little disruption to our daily routine. The guys were professional and extremely hard-working. If you’re looking to redo your shower, I would highly recommend them! 

Ryan found pictures to show me exactly what I was looking for and Joe was professional during installation. He took the time to color match when there was a scratch in the wall. I highly recommend the Westlake team!!

Nick and Rick installed a bath to shower conversion at my mom’s they did an amazing job. Nick and Rick were both very easy to work with they were very kind and patient with my elderly mom.

The installers, Jeff and Joe. Did a fabulous job, and kept me informed along the way. They showed me the studs halfway through the job. And explained to me the operation of everything. I highly recommend them. Jack was wonderful and informative, he really treated us like friends.

The shower conversation was seamless. Danny and Anna were quick and efficient with their installation. In and out in less than two full days. Overall this was a very good experience.

On a visit to Meijer's I checked out the walk in shower displays. Impressed with the quality I proceeded to make an appointment for a quote. Ryan the project manager presented a great selection of information and material samples. Working with the scheduler Rick we planed this out a few week later for my timeline.
My installers Ed and Jim did an exceptional job with all the work performed over two days.

Danny and Anna are a plus to Window & Bath Expo. They were very efficient in removing tub, wall tiles, sink and counter top and installation of shower, sink,counter top and all plumbing material. There were no scraps of any kind inside or outside, clean up was immaculate. Paul was my project manager, he was educative, impressive, and thorough. He really made sure the product was going to look good together.
This team is worthy of five star rating. I will definately recommend this company for bathroom remodeling.
