We are extremely happy with the installation of our new shower. Danny and Anna were extremely professional in every way. They were personable, considerate, and very competent. We were happy with their installation and the materials they were provided for the shower.

Bob Z was a very polite and friendly sales guy. My dog liked him a lot! We are looking forward to getting things back in shape in our downstairs bathroom. We haven’t gotten the installation done yet so I will come back and update once it is done!

I spoke with Shelby at the Chardon location and she set us up with a meeting with Bob Z tonight. Bob showed up on time and immediately felt like talking with an old friend. He went over Bath Expo's history, services, and the renovation process. We then showed him the bathrooms we are looking to renovate and after he took measurements sat down and talked some more. We discussed what my wife and I wanted as far as materials, styles, etc. We explained that we do have another company scheduled to stop by tomorrow and would not commit yet. He totally understood and at no time did we feel pressured into an answer tonight. He was so easy to talk to and discussed all the options and answered our questions. We scheduled to meet again and look forward to potentially work with Bob and the Bath Expo's team.

Bob Z was a great salesman. Looking forward to working with him as Project Manager on our bathroom. Everything was well explained and easy to understand.

We had an old fiberglass shower removed and replaced with a new modern type shower on 2-10-26. Danny & Anna did a great job not only with the installation but cleanup afterwards was excellent! We’re very happy with the entire process and the results.

Thanks to Nick and Ricky from Bath Expo for the gorgeous bathroom installation. They were so good natured and professional especially after the retro tile was so difficult to remove. We highly recommend this team!

Silviu & Brian are excellent installers! My husband and I were tired and cautious of using the tub so we decided to swap out for a much nicer, more user friendly walk-in shower that we both find much safer and more accessible. We are very happy with the final look and wouldn’t hesitate to refer others to Bath Expo! They did such a great job we also decided to get our windows done too.

Everybody was so professional. I couldn’t ask for anything better. They were respectful too, always asking if I was sure and making sure everything was okay. Bernard and Isaiah were so nice played tarps and were so careful taking everything out. They cleaned up so well and made sure everything was covered.

We just had our new shower installed by Nick and Richey. They did a beautiful job. They were careful and cleaned up the mess. They both were very professional and had to work in the cold weather without complaining. I will recommend to all my friends

I had a great experience from dealing with helpful Sherrie in customer service, who was kind and shared much needed information. Danny and Anna the installers were a joy to have in my home. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done properly. My home was cleaned before they left. They were hard workers even the cold, it was impressive.

Had Bob Z from Bath Expo talked to me tonight about a new bath tub. He is very personable and friendly. Has a lot of experience in bath remodels. 1st step to a new bath was a very positive experience.

The tub/shower in our kids’ bathroom had a water leak and was way overdue for replacement. We had an excellent experience with Bath Expo.

For our original consult, Paul arrived ON TIME and was so helpful. After choosing to go with him and the company, Nick and Rick arrived as planned for the 2 day job. The second day was truly where they shined. With about 12 inches of snow on the ground, they arrived safely and worked through the day to finish a new tub and shower set. It’s stunning and we are so happy.

They used our garage as a work space due to the snowing and that made us happy because it decreased the amount of snow/dirt that could enter the house. They also put down runners to keep the dirt to a minimum. They left the remodeled bathroom cleaner than they found it, so we were very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail.

Bob Z.was here with us here in our home today and was very kind. He explained everything in detail and gave us no run around. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable in his answers. We were very impressed. I highly recommend them as a future remodel in your home .

I was impressed with the work ethic of the installers, Bernard and Isaiah. They came on time and worked late. If they took a break, then I didn't see it. They were polite and respectful. And they worked together well. And I am impressed with the completed project. It looks great, works well, and the longer it is there and the more I use the shower and sink/vanity that they installed, the more I like it.

Bob Z came to our house to review and quote our bathroom project. After he took his measurements we sat and talked about what we would like to have done. Luckily we had stopped at the showroom and had done some internet investigating. At the end of the day we were presented a quote and accepted the bid. Bob made it very easy to go through this process and I'm happy that he will be the project manager.

Bob Z is the best! He spent ample time with us to make sure we were getting the bathroom we want and need! Would 100% recommend using Bath Expo for your bathroom needs!

I was very impressed with the team at bath expo from the walk through in the show room to the final review Our sales representative Rob was knowledgable and able to help us envision the final product. Bernard was our installer. He came in on time, started on the project immediately. We put down drop cloths to protect our floor. The project was finished in 24 hours to our delight. Jim and Ed did a fantastic job converting our tub to a walk in shower. The process was seem less and they were friendly , professional and courteous. They cleaned up all work areas. We couldn’t be happier with our new shower.

Nick and Rickey did a great job, and worked hard and late to get our bathroom done, after I threw them a curveball, and asked for different door installation. Nick did not even act like he was affected by the extra work, and even went out of his way to go get the doors we needed to make our bath/shower the perfect look.
