After a horrible experience with another bath remodeling company a couple of years ago, I dreaded trying to find someone who would not disappoint for our 2nd bath that needed done. I came across Bath Depot (now Bath Expo) shopping at Meijer’s and set up a visit, uncertain how it would go. Project Manager Sean Farkas came to our home and that apprehension began to fade. Sean listened, he cared that we were burned before and he assured us that this company would not behave the same. He walked us through the process and guided us to help achieve our needs and the look I wanted. Installation came and we had Joe Gerritsen as our installer (with help from wonderful Lisa) and this promise was realized. From the moment I met Joe and saw him start to work, I knew we were in great hands. He was thorough, detailed, very conscientious to protect our dark and delicate hardwood floors along the path to outside, even while carting out remnants of our very sharp porcelain tub that he had to bust out. He cared about the quality of his work, our home (not a scratch on it) and our satisfaction with the final product, he was respectful and trustworthy and we enjoyed having him in our home for the entire project. Anyone getting him as their installer is very lucky, he is fantastic!! And the results are gorgeous-the bathroom is everything I had hoped for and the process was even more. Joe Garrison and his helper Lisa just finished the shower install at my home. To say I am impressed with the work would be an understatement and not give them the credit they deserve! They deserve a 10 star rating! His work was fast and efficient. Cleanup went far beyond that would be expected. I think my home is cleaner now than before they started the job. Bath Depot has a winner installer with Joe! I would recommend him to anyone! I am way beyond happy!

We had two shower enclosures installed and Ed and Jim were our installers. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. They were courteous, explained the process as they proceeded with the project, were efficient and down to earth good guys!

We had two bathrooms remodeled … a bathroom with tub and shower and a second with a shower only. It took a total of 4 days. Our installer, Bernard, was excellent. He was courteous, professional, and very competent. He ensured our satisfaction in all customizing decisions and was extremely careful to keep our home clean with tarps and daily vacuuming. The resultant quality is excellent. We’re delighted with the results!

Had a wonderful experience with Paul and how professional he did our in home quote and helped us pick everything out and walked us through everything to the T. This was the first major project I've had done on the home since purchasing so I was very anxious about how it was gonna turn out but he helped us through every step of the way as well as the installers were very professional, on time every single day (it took about 3 days), respected the property, and were very friendly (i have a dog and a cat and they also loved them). Bayland was also very professional and nice when coming for the post installation inspection and walked us through the warranty and all the final paper work and asked about how the installation went all in all i would recommend Bath Depot to anyone who needs any work done in their bathroom the quality is very nice and the company is very nice to work with

Bath Depot takes the worry out of the remodeling process and delivers high quality results that will last for years to come! My husband and I have been through several bath remodels and this time with our rental property we wanted it to be done quickly, efficiently and stress-free on us. Sean came and gave us a solution that was exactly what we were looking for, we wanted a bath to shower conversion. We followed-up in their beautiful showroom and picked out all the styles and colors we had hoped for which was perfect. I appreciated the explanation of what would happen when, it takes time to order materials and wait for them to come in, but they explained how that all worked. Then Rick called to get us scheduled. Silvio, Dan, and crew came and took care of the installation. You could tell the years of experience they had remodeling and servicing the customer. If they had questions, they asked to make sure the details were what we had expected, I found this really refreshing. They worked very hard, gave us an idea of how it was progressing along the way, and finished up on-time. Rory did a follow-up project review with us and explained the warranty in case we have any issues. We will definitely be calling them if we need anything else done in the future and recommend them highly to all our friends! Thank you Bath Depot for our updated new bathroom!!

Chris was very professional and was a very food craftsman over the course of the entire installation of the new bathroom. Jack was our Project Manager and was excellent, providing the professional courtesy of listening to all of our needs and making sure we were comfortable with all of our decisions, too. Everything down to the final gentleman, Rory, who provided a very nice follow-up service, leaving behind the warranty and nice little gift basket!

We had the pleasure of working with Brett to install our new walk-in shower from Bath Depot! The product is great and the end result is beautiful. I always say, it's easy to deliver good customer service when everything goes perfectly. It's when things don't go 100% to plan where you see who you are working with. While there was nothing major that went wrong, Brett dealt with the little hiccups like a pro and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. And it was! Thank you, Brett and Bath Depot! Nick and Rick installed a bath to shower conversion at my mom’s they did an amazing job. Nick and Rick were both very easy to work with they were very kind and patient with my elderly mom.
Everyone we worked with at Bath Depot were top notch 5 star + service from start to finish.

Nick and his assistnat, Rick, did an excellent job with the execution of installing my new bath space and accessories! They were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout their time spent in the home. They also did a great job with their organization and cleaning, keeping it all nice and debris-free each day. Overall, a job well done!!

I just had my old tub converted to a walk-in shower. Was asked my preferences on heights for everything. Forewarned on problems that could arise (none did). Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful. My installers Nick and Rick did a great job. They were on time (calling ahead of time before arrival), even worked late to finish the job in 2 days rather than 3 days. Everything was tested and cleaned up before they left and it looks amazing!

Danny & Anna with Bath Depot deserve all the praise! We are extremely happy with not only how our new shower looks but the experience that these two provided us. They were very knowledgeable and approachable and kept us updated with each step of their process. If they experienced any hiccups along the way, they let us know immediately and had a resolution. My wife and I wish that we could hire them for more of our project needs!

Brett did a fabulous job with the installation of our new walk in shower renovation. He was very attention and answered any questions I had throughout my experience. He also did a great job cleaning up leaving no debris behind! Job well done!

Bath Depot was great to work with from start to finish - they were transparent, genuine, professional, and went above and beyond on my bathtub installation, despite some setbacks that emerged beyond our control. In the end, Dan did an exceptional job with a tricky challenge and the end product looks EXCELLENT. A huge improvement, and have used the space many times. I wholeheartedly recommend Bath Depot!

We live the new shower wet space that we had installed by Nick & Rick of Bath Depot. The surround itself is terrific, but it’s all of the little extras that make the most impact; such as the extra grab bars and the folding seat, such an added convenience! We highly recommend this company. Great selection of materials & pricing!!

I was in dire need of remodeling my teeny tiny bathroom as I really wanted to enhance the space. I reached out to Bath Depot & after a seamless installation by Nick & Rick, I feel as though I achieved that & then some! I would absolutely recommend Bath Depot to handle your bath remodel. We are VERY happy and VERY grateful for the wonderful job our installers Ed and Jim did, and all the other staff that helped make our new bathroom happen!

Our sales person, Sean Farkas was personable, polite, helpful, and didn’t rush us when picking the different shower components we wanted. He was also patient, answering ALL of our million questions (I ask a lot of questions!). He explained all of the shower components and costs. He had physical samples of the materials they use, including the new composite Bath Depot uses for its shower pan. Sean said that their company was the first to bring in this new composite for their customers.

Sean also used all available discounts to bring the cost down to an affordable price for us, including military service, current company promotions, and a company display sign. Sean left us with his contact info and was available if we had questions or changes to discuss. We did, and Sean followed up with us promptly on two different occasions.

As the time drew near, Rick from the Bath Depot office contacted us to schedule the days to do the work. He let us know how long the work would take and what days are best to get started so we don’t get stuck over a weekend. Rick was kind and helpful.

We live in an old 40s bungalow. One of the things Bath Depot does is replace the shower pipes in the bathroom area. Yikes! The pipes that they took out had a 1/2 inch layer of hair and such. This is what had been slowing down our shower all these years, even with two rounds of Liquid Plumber every 6 mo!

The new shower drains BEAUTIFULLY now.

The installation workers, Ed and Jim, were also fabulous! They worked tirelessly, especially with those old pipes, to get everything right. Under/behind the shower was all structurally new and in place before they started with what we would see outwardly.

They removed all the old 50s tile from our walls. These tiles would be replaced with white wainscoting at the end. We had already painted above the wainscoting area before they started working. Nothing we previously added, whether a new paint job, a new mirror, or overhead light, was ever bumped or damaged in the process of deconstructing the old shower/bath and adding in the new shower.

Ed and Jim were friendly, professional, knew their stuff, and discussed things as they went so we were all on the same page. They wanted us to be happy with the finished product and anything that went into it along the way.

Ed actually told us this was one of the “funnest” remodels he has done. Clearly he enjoys his work, and it shows!

They put down drop cloths throughout the areas they walked within the house. They were always careful and considerate of the rooms they traveled through. They picked up all job-affiliated trash. It was very clean when they left.

They asked in the event of rain, if would we allow them to use the garage. We had no problem with that. We tried to make it easy for them to do their job.

The bathroom is AMAZING!! I still can’t believe this is OUR bathroom!

This company was great at every stage in the process! From the gal at The Bath Depot display in Meijer’s, who set the initial appointment, to Rick checking in and scheduling the work, to salesman Sean, and from deconstruction to shower perfecto, installers Ed and Jim who put our vision into a final beautiful reality.
