Bath Expo recently completed a tub remodeling project in Bay Village, OH for Sue Bowman. Sue refreshed her longtime Bay Village home with a 60” x 32” Kohler tub and wet space renovation, featuring a clean white tub paired with Sentrel Azzurra Bay wall panels for a bright, coastal inspired look. The space was finished with brushed nickel Moen Genta fixtures, a bi-pass Mueller Franklin shower door with clear glass, and a Tyler handle—bringing together durability, comfort, and timeless style. The full renovation included demolition to the studs and was completed with Bath Expo’s Life of Home Warranty.
After living in her Bay Village home for over 50 years, Sue knew it was time to update her bathroom. The existing tub was more than 20 years old, and while it had served its purpose, Sue was ready for something fresh—especially something she could truly enjoy relaxing in.
Sue first connected with Project Manager Jack Wise after noticing Window & Bath Expo trucks at a neighboring home. Jack stopped by to walk her through the process, clearly explaining every option without pressure. “Jack made everything clear and informational,” Sue shared. “I felt confident enough that I didn’t even need another quote.”

Installer Joe G. made a lasting impression. Over the course of the three-day installation, Joe worked with precision and pride—treating the home as if it were his own. Sue especially appreciated his attention to detail, cleanliness, and willingness to go the extra mile, even helping address a small door issue unrelated to the project.
Today, Sue is thrilled with her new tub and loves having a refreshed space where she can truly relax. “Everything turned out exactly as it was meant to,” she said.
