Okay we had the shower installed they ripped out the tub and replaced it it's beautiful it's more functional for us and we love it Will came to the house it was very professional answered all of our questions I even contacted him afterwards and he was available for me he was very courteous answered all of our questions we just love him thank you very much will. Joe was very professional also he came to the house he told us what he was going to do how long it was going to take and he stuck to that he was very courteous and very professional and we love that we're seeing you a couple and we just don't get that a lot everyday but he was very very nice very nice shout out to Joe

We are very pleased with the results of our full bathroom remodel. The step-in shower that replaced our old-school bath tub is phenomenal - 10/10. Bath Expo also replaced flooring and trim, along with our vanity and mirror. Material quality is excellent. The installers (Jeff and Joe) were super-friendly and informative, and they cleaned up after themselves daily. They communicated well about start- and end- times for their work and met their deadline. Highly-recommended overall!
Communication from Ryan, the salesperson, was excellent, and he spent a lot of time with us in the design phase, answering every question and anticipating questions we didn't know to ask.

Great experience with Bath Expo Cleveland! The whole project was done in two days and with very little disruption to our daily routine. The guys were professional and extremely hard-working. If you’re looking to redo your shower, I would highly recommend them! 

Ryan found pictures to show me exactly what I was looking for and Joe was professional during installation. He took the time to color match when there was a scratch in the wall. I highly recommend the Westlake team!!

Nick and Rick installed a bath to shower conversion at my mom’s they did an amazing job. Nick and Rick were both very easy to work with they were very kind and patient with my elderly mom.

The installers, Jeff and Joe. Did a fabulous job, and kept me informed along the way. They showed me the studs halfway through the job. And explained to me the operation of everything. I highly recommend them. Jack was wonderful and informative, he really treated us like friends.

The shower conversation was seamless. Danny and Anna were quick and efficient with their installation. In and out in less than two full days. Overall this was a very good experience.

On a visit to Meijer's I checked out the walk in shower displays. Impressed with the quality I proceeded to make an appointment for a quote. Ryan the project manager presented a great selection of information and material samples. Working with the scheduler Rick we planed this out a few week later for my timeline.
My installers Ed and Jim did an exceptional job with all the work performed over two days.

Danny and Anna are a plus to Window & Bath Expo. They were very efficient in removing tub, wall tiles, sink and counter top and installation of shower, sink,counter top and all plumbing material. There were no scraps of any kind inside or outside, clean up was immaculate. Paul was my project manager, he was educative, impressive, and thorough. He really made sure the product was going to look good together.
This team is worthy of five star rating. I will definately recommend this company for bathroom remodeling.

We had a serious problem in our home. Our upstairs shower was leaking into our family room. Jack from Bath Expo came over and did an excellent job explaining what was happening. He was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. He was also very accommodating and was able to move our appointment up due to our personal schedule. We are also very satisfied with Ed’s installation team. They spent the time to make sure the job was done right in only 2 days. They answered all our questions during the process and made sure we were at ease and completely satisfied.

Great process to go through from picking out materials to final installation. Silvio and Raul were meticulous, always open to questions and cleaned up very well when finished. Would definitely recommend this company.

Not only were they on time both of the days that they were here, but they explained what they were doing and showed me at certain intervals how the job was progressing. After a horrible experience with another bath remodeling company a couple of years ago, I dreaded trying to find someone who would not disappoint for our 2nd bath that needed done. I came across Bath Depot (now Bath Expo) shopping at Meijer’s and set up a visit, uncertain how it would go. Project Manager Sean Farkas came to our home and that apprehension began to fade. Sean listened, he cared that we were burned before and he assured us that this company would not behave the same. He walked us through the process and guided us to help achieve our needs and the look I wanted. Installation came and we had Joe Gerritsen as our installer (with help from wonderful Lisa) and this promise was realized. From the moment I met Joe and saw him start to work, I knew we were in great hands. He was thorough, detailed, very conscientious to protect our dark and delicate hardwood floors along the path to outside, even while carting out remnants of our very sharp porcelain tub that he had to bust out. He cared about the quality of his work, our home (not a scratch on it) and our satisfaction with the final product, he was respectful and trustworthy and we enjoyed having him in our home for the entire project. Anyone getting him as their installer is very lucky, he is fantastic!! And the results are gorgeous-the bathroom is everything I had hoped for and the process was even more. Joe Garrison and his helper Lisa just finished the shower install at my home. To say I am impressed with the work would be an understatement and not give them the credit they deserve! They deserve a 10 star rating! His work was fast and efficient. Cleanup went far beyond that would be expected. I think my home is cleaner now than before they started the job. Bath Depot has a winner installer with Joe! I would recommend him to anyone! I am way beyond happy!
